Our “Dehydration Station” can get you back to feeling better fast. This service also works great for hangovers, the stomach flu, food poisoning, or after an intense workout.

Dehydration Station: Rally Package

This is for those who are in need of a physical and lab work. Most insurance companies will pay for one of these once in a 12 month time period. Labs are done at the visit.

Select this service for any woman needing a yearly physical. This will be provided by Jennifer Navarro, WHNP, a women's health nurse practitioner. She is able to provide pelvic exams and pap smears within the home. 

Women's Health Physical

Use this option if the visit will be billed through your insurance provider. Your copay is due at the time of visit.

Use this option if the visit will be billed through St Alphonsus Health Plans, Regence Blue Shield, IPN, Aetna/Trinity Health, AmeriBen, SelectHealth, Cigna, Pacific Source, Medicare or Medicaid.

If you have Blue Cross, Tricare or UnitedHealth please go back and select that option.
